Fabric: 18 oz. polyester reinforced vinyl coated both sides; tensile grab lbs. 400 x 400; tear, tounge 70 x 90; low temperature -40 degrees

Mesh: Vinyl coated nylon mobile breather mesh

Filler: 1-1/4" crosslink polyethylene & 2-3/4" prime polyurethane(1544)

Sewing: Five stitches per inch, double or triple seams as needed

Zippers: #9 heavy duty

Handles: Multiple thicknesses of matching material

Thread: #207 bonded nylon

DAVIS competition mats are made with vinyl on the top and bottom and mesh fabric on the sides. A crosslinked polyethylene foam is glued to the polyurethane to form a solid piece. The 5' x 10' model is made in 2 sections, while the 6' x 12' & 8' x 12' are made in 3 sections. These mats have zippers on each section. Handles are located on each end and on the sides to allow easy mobility.
